After attending this class, the participant will know when to use different AAR approved forms dealing with broker compensation, possess the knowledge to explain the forms to their prospective clients; and understand the licensee’s responsibility to disclose when more than one party is paying compensation. The material will outline the key Arizona Revised Statuses, Arizona Administrative Code, Commissioners Substantive Policies, and NAR Codes of Ethics and industry standards of practice as it related to cooperation and compensation. The instructor will utilize current industry issues in a discussion format to what the participants desire to implement these practices into their day-to-day business and ensure attendee’s comprehension.
