The participant will gain proficiency in completing and negotiating the AAR Residential Purchase Contract based own the party the licensee presents including the legal aspects of contracts and a complete review of the AAR Purchase Contract and AAE Counter Offer forms. In addition, the instructor will highlight through scenario-based discussion key risk management practices to current market issues that modify or contradict the boilerplate.
