The course will discuss key points a licensee should have either knowledge or awareness of, including the federal health and safety property requirements an appraiser will be examining. Case studies will be used to illustrate common scenarios they will likely experience with the FHA transaction.

We will discuss how a buyer and seller can benefit from a renovation loan, how the renovation program can help move a listing, the allowed repairs and upgrades, and loan programs allowed.
